Barcelona workshop for design leaders on digital transformation.

Leadership Ateliers Barcelona is a two-day immersive gathering focused on design leadership and digital transformation, tailored especially to designers, researchers, and teams working in traditional industries where legacy systems and complex stakeholder environments often complicate change. The event offers a series of small-group workshops and masterclasses rather than large keynote sessions — enabling participants to dive deep into real-world challenges like aligning business, IT and design teams, communicating design’s long-term value, and leading cultural change while maintaining delivery pace. Facilitated by experienced design leaders and coaches who have navigated transformation in established industries, the conference aims to equip attendees with practical frameworks, communication strategies and leadership tools rather than abstract theory.

Held at the architecturally striking Sant Pau Recinte Modernista in Barcelona, the event blends structured learning with networking and community building: participants get access to peer-driven exchange, post-event materials (slides, frameworks, tools for 6 months), and a certificate of attendance. With a capped number of participants (around 65), the atmosphere is intentionally intimate — giving room for meaningful connections, honest conversations, and tailored guidance. For design leaders working inside traditional enterprises or consultancies, or anyone responsible for driving digital transformation under legacy constraints, Leadership Ateliers Barcelona offers both strategic insight and hands-on practice for leading through complexity.
