Lisbon leadership workshop for design leaders.

Leadership Ateliers Lisbon is a two-day immersive design-leadership retreat tailored for design leads and managers working in product companies, SaaS, and in-house digital teams. The program is built around small-group workshops and masterclasses (rather than keynote talks), aimed at helping participants align design with business strategy, translate design insights into strategic recommendations, and gain influence with executives and stakeholders. Held in the historic setting of the Palacio do Grilo in Lisbon, the event combines practical learning, peer exchange, and a reflective environment that encourages participants to step back from day-to-day deliverables and focus on long-term design leadership, impact and value.

Across the two days, participants work directly with experienced coaches and other design professionals to develop skills in aligning design roadmaps with company OKRs, communicating design’s value in business terms, balancing short-term output with long-term vision, and building strategic influence inside their organizations. The small cohort size (≈ 60 people) and curated format support meaningful conversations, honest reflection, and long-lasting connections — positioning Leadership Ateliers Lisbon as more than a conference, but a leadership-development journey for designers ready to shape not just products, but organizational direction.
