Typographics 2025 is the 11th annual design festival dedicated to contemporary typography, taking place from June 23 to July 3, 2025, at The Cooper Union in New York City and online. Organized by Type@Cooper and the Herb Lubalin Study Center, the festival offers a diverse lineup of events for designers, typographers, educators, and enthusiasts.
The main conference, scheduled for June 27–28, features talks by international speakers covering topics such as graphic design, web design, publication design, type design, branding, and motion graphics. Confirmed speakers include Wael Morcos, Elizabeth Goodspeed, Nicole Killian, Talia Cotton, Arsh Raziuddin, Jon Key, Sadie Red Wing, Matt Willey, Johannes Breyer & Fabian Harb, Yehwan Song, and Leo Porto & Gabriela Carnabuci.
Complementing the conference are workshops and local tours from June 23 to July 3, covering areas like hand lettering and creative coding. TypeLab events on June 25, 26, and 29 offer informal talks, demos, and technical experiments. The Book Fair, running from June 27–29, showcases design publications from various booksellers.
