3D Model Viewer enables designers to embed 3D models directly into their design files, supporting formats such as OBJ, FBX, and GLTF. Users can incorporate 3D assets into their projects and interact with them by rotating or zooming. The plugin is currently in its alpha version, with a file size limit of 10MB, and additional features like lighting adjustments are planned for future updates.
3D Model Viewer also facilitates collaboration by allowing team members and clients to view embedded models within shared Figma files. Designers can use Figma’s annotation tools to provide feedback or highlight specific areas of the 3D models.
