Grenze is a typeface family designed by Renata Polastri and the Omnibus-Type team. It includes 18 fonts in 9 weights from Thin to Black, each with matching italics. The hybrid design combines elements of Roman and blackletter styles for readability and texture. Grenze was selected for the Tipos Latinos award in 2018.
The typeface is intended for use in magazines and other publications where a rich color palette and creative applications are desired. It performs well across text sizes from 24 to 120 points.
