Yrsa and Rasa are open-source typeface families designed by Rosetta Type Foundry to support over 92 Latin-based languages and 2 Gujarati languages. Yrsa contains Latin characters, while Rasa is a superset containing Latin plus Gujarati. They were created through an experiment of remixing and harmonizing existing typefaces – Merriweather for Latin and Skolar Gujarati for Gujarati script.

The families currently have 5 weights each, designed for screen readability. Special care was taken to support accents in Central/Eastern European languages for Yrsa and basic/compound syllables for Gujarati in Rasa. The project is hosted on GitHub and the fonts can be downloaded for free.
